Dear
Dr. J,
Thank you so much for your remarkable service to those
in need. In April of 2008, your office treated over 40
homeless children, performing 300 dental procedures valued
at $60,000! Your kindness is a thing of grace and elegance.
I was so moved by the diligent efforts and the remarkable
sweetness that everyone put forth to strangers. This tells
me that in fact, there are no strangers in the world;
here or abroad and that we must keep that knowledge close
in our minds and hearts.
Peace,

"Thank
you so much for the brillant job you did restoring my
smile. I was
a little frightened when you started the prep work because
I knew there was
no going back. There was no need to worry. The new teeth
look completely
natural. My smile is the best it has ever been. But
your restoration was
more than cosmetic - the feel and function of my bite
is tremendously
improved.
I am very happy I went forward with the restorations.
Thanks again for the
patience, the reassurance, the gentleness, (it really
was painless) and the
very artful veneers."

"I
just wanted to thank you for giving me a reason to smile.
That used to
be something I was ashamed to do, but that was before
I met you. A quick
look at my "before and after" pictures confirms
that you're more than a
great Dentist, you're a miracle worker! Having a healthy
smile has made me a
happier person, and now my only problem is that my face
is tired from
smiling to much.
And by the way, did I mention the benefits to my dating
life? I could
literally go on forever about how happy I am with my
smile, but I've got a
hot date. Thanks Dr. J"

"There
are no other dental practitioners that I know, who take
the time to honor a patient as a whole human being,
not just as a "set of teeth". Since 1991 Dr.
Jay Grossman and Associates have taken my entire health
profile into consideration. They listen and address
my concerns always. I will continue to drive the 60
miles each way to see them because I'll never find a
more caring, talented professional dental team!"

"As
a holistic health practitioner I feel great confidence
when I refer my patients to Dr. Jay, that he will see
not just their mouths and teeth but the whole person.
AS a patient I have always been a bit fearful of dentists,
Dr. Jay helped me through the fear with competence and
humor so I could end up with healthy, good-looking teeth.
I am grateful."

I enter Dr. Jay Grossman's office, I am immediately
struck by the genuine warmth and friendship shown to
me by the entire staff. Dr. Jay's office is special.
He has created an atmosphere of friendly warmth without
compromising professionalism, proficiency or reliability.
I always know I can count on Dr. J."

Dear
Dr. Grossman:
I wanted
to describe my experience with your office in connection
with the placement of a dental implant.
I was initially
terrified by the entire concept of the procedure. I
had seen pictures of people in the early stages of the
development of implants with posts sticking out in an
unsightly way. The procedure itself seemed overwhelming.
I made inquiry with various friends who I had discovered
had implants and all of them assured me that I would
not need general anesthesia which had been my first
choice. You also assured me that general anesthesia
would be unnecessary and trusting you, I agreed to proceed
without it. My experience was diametrically opposed
to my anticipation, and apprehension. You prescribed
for me an anxiety reliever and Vicodin. Following your
instructions, I took the anxiety reliever and one
Vicodin before arriving at your office. The last thing
that I remember is strapping on the gas mask. My next
memory is being walked to my car with you on one side
of me holding me up and my wife on the other. The memory
which follows is waking up in my bed not knowing what
day it was or how long I had slept. Remarkably, when
I woke up, I had absolutely no pain, no bruises, no
indication whatsoever that I had undergone any sort
of procedure whatsoever. I was absolutely astonished
by this. Since having the implant placed, I have had
no pain or negative experience of any kind. I do not
know how you and Dr. Kupferman accomplished all of this
but I am truly grateful.
If any of
your patients has anxiety about the implant process,
please invite them to call me. I was scared too.
Yours truly,
Sanford Jossen |
